The \u201cWall of Kindness\u201d operates and addresses to children, single-parent families,families with many children, people who have been unemployed for years, the elderly and generally, to anyone who finds himself or is in danger of finding himself in a situation of poverty or faces serious health problems.<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

A few words about us<\/h3>

The \u201cWall of Kindness\u201d is a non-profit organization of volunteers based in the city of Drama. The Union has had legal state since June 2019 although its offer and action in Drama began in February 2016.
Our priority is to convey joy and relief with our actions to our fellow beings and mostly to the children of all ages however difficult the circumstances of their lives may be. To this day, the \u201cWall Of Kindness\u201d has supported hundreds of families of our county by covering their basic needs (food, clothing, mending, psychological support, supplementary teaching, heating etc.) and by offering overall help.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

The value of being a volunteer<\/h3>

In addition to the above mentioned actions, we organize many charity events, our so called \u201cLove Chains\u201d to promote volunteering and solidarity, such as visits to schools, book collection and distribution to libraries etc. All these actions are organized,realized and carried out thanks to the precious offer of volunteers. Volunteers with different characteristics are harmoniously integrated and depending on their skills, interests, education or professional activity (doctors, social workers , legal counselors, graphic designers, accountants, teachers etc.) contribute to the implementation of all our actions. At the same time, all the \u201cLove Chains\u201d are successfully completed thanks to the valuable support of the volunteers, the citizens and the businesses who trust our work, respect
our basic four principles: <\/strong> ANONIMITY - SOLIDARITY - HUMANITY<\/strong> –<\/strong> SELFLESSNESS <\/strong> and support us through donations.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

We adamantly believe that the offer is diminished when being personalized and therefore we don\u2019t seek self-promotion or self-publicity. We preserve the foundations so that the concept can spread, \u201ctravel\u201d and lead us, as it has already been doing for 3.5 years now, where there is real need. As a consequence, we protect the voluntary union, as well as the people who offer any form of assistance but also its recipients. For all of us, charity should be made only as an act of genuine human kindness.
