This website belongs to the non-profit Association with the name "THE WALL OF KINDNESS", which is based in Drama, on Antigonou Street 4, with VAT number 996970750 D.O.Y. Drama. The website was designed by the company with the distinctive name: "PURE DESIGN CREATIVE STUDIO" in the name and on behalf of the association THE WALL OF KINDNESS. THE WALL OF KINDNESS is the exclusive owner and beneficiary of the website.
The visitor/user of the website must read the present terms & conditions carefully and then, as long as they fully and unconditionally agree with them, continue browsing. The following terms are valid and apply without exception to all visitors-users of the website.

(d) the clear and obvious quotation in the medium in which the content of the active link will be republished that will refer to the original publication of the content on the WALL OF KINDNESS website.
3.5. Based on what is developed in term 3.4. the association grants the interested party a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited right to use the specific part of its content which lies exclusively in its re-publication, without affecting in any way the relevant intellectual property rights of the association. This license in no way constitutes a transfer of title to the user of the license regarding the website and its content.
3.6. THE WALL OF KINDNESS cannot consent to the republishing of content hosted on the website, if this content belongs to the intellectual property of a third party, natural or legal, and has been granted a right of use to the association.
4. Visitor/User Responsibility
4.1. The visitor/user of the website,
i) assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the website or to association from bad or unfair use of the website in violation of these terms.

v) Undertakes not to send advertising messages to the website (as well as to the e-mail addresses listed on the website as ways of communicating with the union).

10. Applicable Law/Jurisdiction
